1. All LanguageCorps Applicants must read and accept this statement of Terms and Conditions as a requirement of the Application process.

2. As part of our screening and application process, Applicants are required to complete the LanguageCorps Application, which includes basic personal information, a brief summary of their personal history and background, a statement of their motives for joining LanguageCorps, and objectives for teaching EFL overseas. Falsification of information is reason for dismissal from the program.

3. Once LanguageCorps accepts your Application, a US$500 deposit is required to reserve your place in the program (US$300 for online programs). This deposit is deducted from the total program fee. Deposits received within 60 days of a program start date are non-refundable. Deposits received within 61-90 days of a program start date are refundable for 3 business days after receipt (minus a $25 processing fee), after which they are non-refundable. Deposits received 91 or more days before a program start date are refundable for 10 business days after receipt (minus a $25 processing fee) after which they are non-refundable.

4. Payment of the balance of all Program Fees is due in full no later than six weeks prior to your scheduled start date. Failure to submit your balance payment in a timely manner may result in loss of your reserved spot for that specific course date.

5. If for any reason you wish to cancel your plan to join LanguageCorps after a portion or full fees (i.e. deposit plus balance) have been paid, LanguageCorps cannot provide any refund except for exceptional circumstances, at our sole and final discretion. This includes an early return prior to the conclusion of your training program. There are no refunds for cancellations when notice is given less than 30 days remaining prior to course start date. In any event, the deposit is non-refundable unless intent to withdraw from the program is received within the refund timeframes described in Section 3. Depending upon the circumstances, you may be given the option of completing the program at a later time. For online programs, no refunds can be issued on or after the course start date. Depending upon the circumstances, you may be given the option of completing the program at a later time.
